Welcome to KSFil. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

These terms govern the sale of all filters and related products manufactured or supplied by KSFil. KSFil reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders

• All orders must be submitted in writing (email, form, or purchase order).
• KSFil reserves the right to accept or decline any order.
• Orders are confirmed only after the Proforma Invoice (PI) has been approved and payment terms agreed.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.
• Payment must be made according to the conditions stated in the quotation or invoice.
• KSFil reserves the right to adjust prices due to material cost changes or currency fluctuations.

4. Delivery Terms

Delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) are specified in the quotation or invoice. KSFil is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier.

5. Product Warranty

All KSFil products are manufactured under strict quality control. In case of manufacturing defects, KSFil may replace the product or issue a credit note. This warranty excludes misuse, improper installation, or normal wear.

6. Returns and Claims

Claims for damaged or missing goods must be made within 7 days of receipt. Returns are accepted only with prior written approval. Custom-made filters are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, logos, and content on this website are the property of KSFil and may not be used without written permission.

KSFil maintains no affiliations, connections, or associations with any original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) referenced in the accompanying on our website, materials, documentation, or related sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

KSFil shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, delays, or business interruption.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and any disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
